At The Yarn Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your crafting supplies. If your yarn isn't the perfect match for your project, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Ensure that the yarn is in its original condition, with all labels and bands intact, and has not been wound into balls or used.

  Initiate Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number to receive a Return Authorization and a prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Package Securely

  Place the items in a moisture-resistant shipping bag or box to protect the fibers during transit and include your packing slip.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
